Job Summary
Provide home-based physical therapy to patients who have lost mobility, strength, and functionality due to illness or injury. Conduct assessments, document progress, and modify care plans while assisting patients with exercises and hands-on therapy to manage pain and increase mobility. Educate patients on their established goals and self-care, and coach families on safely assisting with therapy. Work as part of a multidisciplinary home health team focused on the patient's plan of care. Requires a Michigan PT license, one year of clinical experience, and CPR certification. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 plus weekly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program
- Active PT license in Michigan
- 1 year of clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Good clinical judgement
