Job Summary
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with diverse conditions in a rural hospital setting. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans; perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities. Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans; educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness. Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment; collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care. Monitor patient responses to therapy and make clinical decisions to optimize outcomes. Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation)
- Current Nebraska PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Interest in rural healthcare and working collaboratively with a team
