Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed at InReach Rehab for South Lincoln Medical Center in Kemmerer, WY. Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality PT services, develop and adjust individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities. Document patient progress and outcomes, educate patients and families on exercises and safety, maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with the therapy team and other staff to ensure coordinated care. role supports rural healthcare delivery, with mentorship and professional development opportunities; compensation includes wages, benefits, monthly incentive plan, CEU allowance, and generous time off. Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Wyoming PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence
