Job Summary
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions in a rural healthcare setting. Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities. Document progress and outcomes, educate patients and families on exercises and safety, maintain a safe therapy environment, and collaborate with the therapy team to ensure coordinated care. Support professional development and contribute to a positive team culture. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or anticipated graduation with Nebraska PT licensure eligibility; new graduates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation)
- Current Nebraska PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Interest in rural healthcare and working collaboratively with a team
