Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services at MercyOne Medical Center in Centerville, IA, including evaluation, planning, and delivery of high-quality PT care. Implement individualized treatment plans, perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities; document progress; educate patients and families on exercises and safety; maintain a safe therapy environment; collaborate with the therapy team to ensure coordinated care; participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture. Requires DPT or equivalent (or anticipated graduation) and current Iowa PT license (or eligibility); open to new graduates; rural healthcare setting with mentorship and competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation)
- Current Iowa PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills
