Job Summary
Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions; develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans; perform therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities; document patient progress and treatment plans; educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and strategies to support recovery; maintain a clean, safe therapy environment; collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care; monitor patient responses and make clinical decisions to optimize outcomes; participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation)
- Current Nebraska PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Interest in rural healthcare and working collaboratively with a team
