Physical Therapist

Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions in a rural hospital setting. Evaluate, plan, and provide PT interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities; develop and adjust individualized treatment plans; document progress and outcomes; educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness; maintain a safe, organized therapy environment; collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care; monitor patient responses and adapt care to optimize outcomes.
