Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality PT services to patients with a variety of conditions. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans; perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities; document progress and outcomes; educate patients and families; maintain a safe environment; collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff; participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation)
- Current Maine PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- Interest in rural healthcare and working collaboratively with a team
