Job Summary
Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions; develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress; perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and the use of modalities; document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans; educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness; maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment; collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, effective care; monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust care to optimize outcomes; participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture; new graduates are encouraged to apply with salary based on experience; Inspire is an E-Verify employer.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Nebraska PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
