Job Summary
Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality PT services to patients with a variety of conditions; develop and adjust individualized treatment plans; perform therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities; document progress and outcomes; educate patients and families on exercises and safety; maintain a clean, safe therapy environment; collaborate with therapy and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care; monitor responses and adjust care to optimize outcomes; participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Wyoming PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Interest in rural healthcare and working collaboratively with a team
