Job Summary
Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality PT services to patients with a variety of conditions; develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical progress; perform therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and use of modalities; document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner; educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness; maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment; collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, effective care; monitor patient responses to therapy and make clinical decisions to optimize outcomes; participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture; address rural healthcare needs and work within a collaborative rehabilitation team.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current or anticipated Wyoming PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Interest in rural healthcare and working collaboratively with a team
