Job Summary
Provide high-quality physical therapy services across a rural healthcare setting. Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized PT treatment plans; perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities; document progress and outcomes; educate patients and families; maintain a safe, organized therapy environment; collaborate with multidisciplinary staff; participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture. Position supports full-time or part-time employment at Winner Regional Health in Winner, SD, with salary based on experience and a benefits package that includes a monthly incentive plan and CEU allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation)
- Current South Dakota PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Interest in rural healthcare and working collaboratively with a team
- Experience or interest in rural healthcare and teamwork
