Physical Therapist

Deliver patient-centered physical therapy services in a rural hospital setting by evaluating patients, planning and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities. Document patient progress and outcomes, educate patients and families on exercises and safety, maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, effective care. Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust plans to optimize outcomes; participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
