Physical Therapist - Inpatient

Physical Therapist - Inpatient with a Doctor of Physical Therapy background providing evaluations and treatments for PM&R patients. Responsible for conducting initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatments; developing a POC and discharge plan based on findings; maintaining timely documentation and charge entries; applying manual techniques, modalities, gait/transfers/ambulation training, and ambulatory devices; educating patients and families; creating and implementing a daily home exercise program; coordinating with PM&R staff and physicians; ensuring safety and proper operation of PM&R equipment; maintaining a structured treatment schedule and completing required reviews of medical records; flexible, organized performance under pressure and willingness to perform additional duties as assigned. Work hours Sunday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Location: NY, USA (on-site).
