Job Summary
Provides clinical patient care including initiating and administering appropriate treatments, evaluating patients, and setting functional goals. Must revise treatment programs as goals are met, maintain accurate patient records, and instruct patients or family members. Requires effective communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy
- 0 - 6 months related experience
