Job Summary
Assess patient needs for physical therapy and plan individual treatment plans in accordance with State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice. Provide quality treatment, education, and written instructions to patients and their families. Collaborate with department and interdepartmental teams to improve processes and clinical treatment outcomes. Work Monday through Friday in acute care and inpatient rehab units, with every other weekend rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- State of Michigan Physical Therapy License
- Vaccination or lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella
- Flu vaccine during flu season in the year of hire and annually thereafter, or approved medical or religious exemption
