Job Summary
Inpatient Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating and treating patients across ages with a comprehensive rehabilitation program. Collaborates with Physical Therapy Assistants to deliver hands-on care, patient education, and prescribed movement; participates in discharge planning and coordination with multidisciplinary teams; opportunities for pediatric specialization including infants to adolescents; weekend shift (Friday-Sunday) with potential sign-on and relocation bonuses; utilizes EPIC electronic charting; requires licensure to practice in NM/active or provisional license and a Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred; includes growth opportunities, tuition/certification reimbursement, and safety programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- New Mexico Physical Therapy License required or New Mexico Physical Therapy provisional/temporary license accepted
- Less than one year of experience in physical therapy
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Doctor of Physical Therapy Preferred
- BLS required at time of hire
