Job Summary
Physical Therapist (Inpatient) needed to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Albuquerque, NM. Responsible for evaluating and treating patients across pediatric to adult populations with a broad range of therapeutic interventions to improve physical function and developmental outcomes. Collaborates with Physical Therapy Assistants to deliver a comprehensive rehabilitation program, coordinates discharge goals, and advocates for patient independence. Requires detailed knowledge of PT practice, data interpretation, and documentation, with pediatric-to-adult care including infants/children/adolescents when applicable. Includes weekend shift coverage (Friday-Sunday) and a sign-on bonus with relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Includes opportunities for tuition/certification reimbursement and professional development._Prepares and coordinates care within EPIC charting system and works within a multidisciplinary team to support patient well-being._
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- New Mexico Physical Therapy License required or New Mexico Physical Therapy provisional/temporary license accepted
- Less than one year of experience in physical therapy
- BLS required at time of hire
