Job Summary
Evaluate referred patients' needs and formulate treatment plans, then provide therapy services defined in those plans. Cooperate with medical staff, case managers, social work, and adjusters while supervising physical therapy assistants and aides as needed. Maintain a standing or sitting position and lift up to 50 lbs, performing a variety of tasks that require creativity and latitude to plan and accomplish goals. Ensure regular, predictable attendance and meet age-specific needs of the assigned unit.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nationally accredited school of physical therapy
- Current Idaho Physical Therapy License
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to maintain a standing and/or sitting position
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assigned
