Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Provide care to designated patient groups and assist them in reaching the highest level of physical independence. Manage patient care and offer orientation and ongoing guidance to physical therapist assistants. Maintain current Georgia Physical Therapist License or compact privileges, BLS certification through AHA, and 2 years of experience preferred. Join Piedmont Macon Medical's inpatient acute rehab team for schedule flexibility and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a BS, MS, or DPT
- Current Georgia Physical Therapist License or current compact privileges in Georgia
- BLS certification through AHA
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of experience
Additional Requirements
- Must maintain current CEU’s as required by the State
