Physical Therapist

Provide skilled physical therapy services for Inpatient, Outpatient and Home Health Programs; supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support personnel; conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment goals and plan of care in collaboration with patients and caregivers; adapt therapy plans, order supplies, and ensure high-quality compassionate service; participate in patient care conferences, collaborate with the health care team to select appropriate regimens, and educate patients on mobility skills and progress; requires Wisconsin Physical Therapy licensure and a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (or an acceptable/licensed equivalent).
