Job Summary
Physical Therapist to evaluate patients in an outpatient setting, develop individualized care plans, and deliver skilled therapy services. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, delivering daily treatments, tracking functional progress, supporting discharge planning, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and managing a steady outpatient caseload (~14 patients per day). Schedule is 5 x 8 shifts, typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Must hold an active NM PT license (or eligibility); outpatient rehab experience preferred. PTA may be considered for the role.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Mexico Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to practice in the state, required
- Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
