Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities, then develop individualized care plans addressing specific needs. Implement treatment programs utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities while monitoring progress to adjust plans for optimal outcomes. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including discharge planning for inpatient cases, and maintain accurate documentation of all evaluations and treatments. Requires Physical Therapy degree, license, and CPR certification. Located in Fairfax County/City with on-the-road schedule.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Physical Therapy License
- CPR Certification
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
