Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities, then develop individualized care plans addressing specific needs. Implement treatment programs utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities while monitoring progress to adjust plans for optimal outcomes. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care, including discharge planning for inpatient cases, and maintain accurate documentation of all evaluations and treatments. This role involves on-the-road work in Fairfax County and City, with a flexible schedule and 401(k) matching benefits.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Must be available in Fairfax county & Fairfax city area
- Must be able to work On the road
