Physical Therapist

Interpret physician orders, perform initial evaluations, and establish treatment plans and functional goals for outpatient rehabilitation patients. Upgrade and amend treatment goals as necessary during the episode of care, while determining appropriate discharge timelines and follow-up. Provide exceptional patient care under the general direction of the Facility Manager, supervising Rehabilitation Technicians and administrative staff as needed. Maintain active state licensure by earning appropriate CEUs and ensure timely written documentation of all patient status and treatment in compliance with guidelines. Develop positive relationships with physician teams and participate in programs including mentoring, clinical education, and special interest groups.
