Job Summary
Provide exceptional outpatient rehabilitation services in a collaborative care model with IBJI physicians to optimize patient function. Responsibilities include interpreting physician orders, performing initial evaluations, establishing and updating treatment plans and functional goals, documenting patient status for physicians, determining discharge timelines, supervising Rehabilitation Technicians and staff, and maintaining compliance with billing and documentation. Maintain active state licensure via CEUs; develop strong relationships with physician teams; participate in mentoring, clinical education, and specialty groups; and contribute to orthopedic-focused programs and outcomes. New grads are encouraged to apply and will participate in mentoring, residency opportunities, and ongoing professional development. Requires graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program and licensure or board eligibility in Illinois; candidate must be able to lift >25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment; strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Licensed or eligible to sit for boards in the state of Illinois
