Physical Therapist III, Casual Hire

Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy based on physician referrals and patient goals. Perform comprehensive assessments, re-evaluations, and document progress in accordance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care, support discharge planning, and optimize outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, pain management, and safe mobility techniques. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides as assigned while promoting quality improvement and compliance. Maintain clinical excellence through departmental initiatives and continuing education. Requires current Hawaii Physical Therapist license and BLS certification within one month.
