Physical Therapist II (Part-time)

Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatment programs for referred patients to restore function, prevent disability, reduce pain, and return them to maximum function. Follow The Christ Hospital and department policies regarding documentation, attendance, and education while maintaining respect and courtesy toward all staff, patients, and visitors.
