Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, medical history, and functional limitations to develop individualized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion, while educating patients and families on home exercises and self-management techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement discharge plans, monitor progress, and adjust treatment outcomes as needed. Assist with orientation and training of new staff. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, two years of experience, and a North Carolina license. This role supports the outpatient orthopedics department and offers PRN scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- 2 years
- North Carolina license by the NCPT Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
- BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
