Job Summary
Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and correct disabling conditions from disease or injury. Gains confidence from patients, families, and healthcare providers through competent assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication. Adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal care. Provides clinical supervision of assistants and aides and serves as a clinical instructor for assigned students. Works full-time days (Monday through Friday) with a 40-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid PT license
- PT-Physical Therapist certification
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
- Valid Drivers License
- Automobile Insurance
- 2 years of recent relevant experience
- Critical thinking
