Job Summary
School-Based Physical Therapist responsible for delivering individualized PT services to K-12 students under IEPs, creating and delivering treatment programs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, supervising PTAs as needed, conducting comprehensive evaluations, and completing annual and triennial reviews with thorough documentation and progress reports. Strong emphasis on communication, organization, and adherence to IEP processes and documentation systems. Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state where services are delivered, or eligibility to obtain such licensure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check, as applicable by state
