Job Summary
Provides top-of-scope direct patient care as a Physical Therapist in outpatient rehab, evaluating patients and developing/implementing individualized treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques. Functions within a multidisciplinary team, precepts newer staff or students, educates patients and families to empower recovery, and contributes to safety and quality at the point of care. Role emphasizes comprehensive evaluations, education, and patient-centered care in an onsite outpatient setting with opportunities for professional growth through a structured career ladder. Requires CO licensure and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Master's or Doctorate is preferred. BLS certification is required through the start date. Schedule is full-time, days, onsite at UCHealth Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, CO.
Required Qualifications
