Physical Therapist I or II - Outpatient Neuro - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Evaluate patients' conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to optimize functional abilities. Conduct thorough evaluations of physical abilities and medical history, administer exercises to improve strength and range of motion, and educate patients on home techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning and monitor progress to adjust treatment as needed. Assist with orientation and training of new staff while advocating for patient and team needs. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, two years of experience, and an active North Carolina license. BLS certification is required. Aquatic experience is preferred.
