Job Summary
Evaluate, plan, and treat patients referred to Physical Therapy in the Acute-Care setting. Provide documentation of care and educate patients, families, hospital staff, and students. Contribute to the profession and facility by delivering quality care, clinical research, and education while ensuring patients meet their maximum potential through input into medical management. Maintain professional growth and development within the Medical Center. Requires full-time 40-hour dayshift Monday through Friday with some weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program
- Current State licensure as Physical Therapist
- AHA Healthcare Provider CPR
- Shift: full-time - 40 hours per week - Dayshift - Monday - Friday - Some weekends and Holidays
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of Physical Therapist experience preferred
- Experience in Hospital acute care setting
- ICU experience preferred
