Job Summary
Conduct evaluation, program planning, and treatment for patients referred to Physical Therapy in the acute-care setting. Document all services and provide education to patients, families, hospital staff, and students. Contribute to professional growth and facility enhancement through clinical research and quality care input into medical management. Maintain current State licensure as a Physical Therapist and complete required clinical internships. Hold AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification. Work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with some weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program
- Current State licensure as Physical Therapist
- AHA Healthcare Provider CPR
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of Physical Therapist experience preferred
- Experience in Hospital acute care setting
- ICU experience preferred
