Job Summary
Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality physical therapy services to senior adults on-site at Covenant Village and in patient homes across Rowan and Mecklenburg Counties. Provide individualized, 1-on-1 rehabilitation treatments while evaluating home environments, muscle strength, gait, and mobility to build tailored care plans. Educate families on safe mobility strategies and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in compliance with state regulations. Maintain progress summaries based on goal attainment and participate in clinical conferences to coordinate integrated care plans. Enjoy a desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts and a salary range of $70,000 to $82,500.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and fiscal management skills
- Proficiency with computers and electronic documentation systems
