Job Summary
Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality physical therapy services to senior adults in both on-site facility care at Covenant Village and in patient homes throughout Gaston County. Conduct environmental and functional assessments to build tailored rehabilitative care plans, then educate families on home exercises and safe mobility strategies. Coordinate integrated care plans with multidisciplinary teams, supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, and maintain progress summaries based on goal attainment. This hybrid role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts, competitive pay of $70,000 to $82,500, and comprehensive benefits including PTO rollover and licensure reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and fiscal management skills
- Proficiency with computers and electronic documentation systems
