Job Summary
Hybrid Physical Therapist position in outpatient CORA clinics: three days on-site and two days telehealth as a Digital Health Specialist. Develop patient care plans, evaluate patients, utilize tech tools and outcome data, document evaluations and treatments, and collaborate with clinic teammates. Requires CAPTE-accredited PT degree and licensure or license eligibility; new grads welcome. Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
