Provide inclusive, hands-on care in one of our outpatient clinics. Evaluate patients and develop personalized plans of care, leveraging tech tools and outcome data to guide clinical decisions. Clearly and efficiently document evaluations and treatments while collaborating with teammates to grow clinic culture. This role offers flexible schedules including early, late, or condensed weeks, with a hybrid model of three days on-site and two days telehealth. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with new grads welcome.
