Job Summary
Hybrid Physical Therapist (PT) role in CORA Outpatient Clinic. 3 days in person at the clinic and 2 days working remotely as a Digital Health Specialist, providing digital health services including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing personalized plans of care, leveraging technology and outcome data to guide clinical decisions, efficient documentation of evaluations and treatments, and collaborating with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture. Must be licensed or license eligible as a PT and hold a CAPTE-accredited degree; new grads welcome.
