Physical Therapist in the Houston area providing on-site clinical physical therapy and rehabilitation services. Responsibilities include conducting thorough evaluations, developing and delivering individualized treatment plans, utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities for orthopedic, post-surgical, neurologic, and sports-related conditions. Regular reassessment, documentation in the electronic medical record, patient and family education on home exercise programs and injury prevention, and coordination with referring physicians and healthcare professionals to support integrated care. Emphasis on evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ongoing professional growth within a healthcare and medical services setting.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active state licensure and eligibility to practice in Texas
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Experience with evidence-based treatment plans and electronic medical records
