Job Summary
Review patient medical histories and complete thorough evaluations, then identify needs by observing movement patterns and applying clinical judgment. Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals, using therapeutic exercise, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to improve mobility and manage pain. Document progress and adjust plans of care as clinically appropriate, while collaborating with occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and prosthetics partners. Educate patients and family members throughout the recovery process. This outpatient role at HPRC Main Street serves patients with general orthopedic and complex neurologic diagnoses, including amputee care, within a supportive clinic setting focused on quality outcomes and sustainable work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Georgia
- CPR and first aid certification
