Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or mobility issues in home care settings using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment. Establish treatment plans to manage pain and increase mobility while educating patients and families on rehabilitative care for independent living. Collaborate with other providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Requires current unrestricted PT licensure, CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification, reliable transportation, and one year of professional experience in home health or similar settings. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules available with no overtime required.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
- One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Physical Therapist (PT) in a home health or similar setting
