Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) needed for Home Health visits (PRN/Part-time). Evaluate and treat patients in a home care setting with a focus on restoring mobility after injury, disease, or surgery. Develop and administer treatment plans using exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and equipment to reduce pain and improve function. Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care to promote health, safety, and independent living. Collaborate with other providers to optimize patient outcomes. Requires current PT license, CPR/BLS/First Aid certification, reliable transportation, and at least 1 year of PT experience in home health or similar settings.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state associated with this position.
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations.
- One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Physical Therapist (PT) in a home health or similar setting.
