Physical Therapist (PT) needed for Home Health visits, including evaluation and treatment of patients with physical disability or mobility limitations in a home care setting; develop and administer treatment plans using exercises, stretching, and manual therapy; educate patients and families; collaborate with other providers to optimize patient outcomes; position offers flexible scheduling (Part-time/PRN) with 1:1 patient care and daily pay option.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state associated with this position
- CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
- One year of professional experience practicing as a Physical Therapist (PT) in a home health or similar setting
