Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) for home health visits; evaluate and treat patients in their homes, establish and administer a treatment plan using exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and equipment to improve mobility, educate patients and families on rehabilitative care, collaborate with other providers to achieve optimal outcomes; require current PT licensure in the state, CPR/BLS/First Aid certification, reliable transportation, and at least 1 year of PT experience in a home health or similar setting; position is Part-time/PRN with flexible scheduling.
