Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) needed for home health visits (PRN/Part-time). Evaluate and treat patients with mobility limitations in home care settings, establish and administer a treatment plan using exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain and improve mobility, educate patients and families in rehabilitative care and activities to promote health and independence, and collaborate with other providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Requires current PT licensure in the appropriate state, CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification, reliable transportation, and at least 1 year of PT experience in a home health or similar environment. Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
- One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Physical Therapist (PT) in a home health or similar setting
