Job Summary
Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and correct disabling conditions from disease or injury. Develop key workflows and clinical protocols or guidelines for the department while serving as a resource for staff education, training, and mentoring. Act as a clinical instructor for assigned students and coordinate staff education and student programs. Analyze data from multiple sources to identify clinical practice and workflow best practices, applying evidence-based practice information to training materials. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and policies to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop solutions and demonstrate advanced knowledge and practice level competencies as a recognized subject matter expert.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy school
- PT-Physical Therapist
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- Valid Drivers License
- Automobile Insurance
- 5 years of recent relevant experience
- Must be able to work in demanding work environment
- Organize multiple priorities completing work duties within expected timelines and requirements
