Job Summary
Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments; develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans; provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise; implement skin and wound-prevention strategies; educate clients and families; and document care using our intuitive EMR system. Work with Vermont clients to help them regain independence at home, supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and structured onboarding with gradual caseload ramp-up. Weekly pay ranges from $65 to $70 per point with a $20,000 bonus for full-time roles, plus mileage reimbursement and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Current Vermont PT license (or eligibility)
- Graduation from an accredited PT program
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)
