Job Summary
Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments; develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans; provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise; implement skin and wound-prevention strategies; educate clients and families; and document care using our intuitive EMR system. Deliver care in Vermont home health and senior living settings with flexible full-time or part-time schedules, weekly pay, and 24/7 clinical support. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Current Vermont PT license (or eligibility)
- Graduation from an accredited PT program
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)
